Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Facilitating consultations for pre-crisis and crisis interventions, including risk assessments, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.

• Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Employing evidence-based screening tools and therapeutic modalities as part of your clinical practice.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to devise positive behavior support strategies that enhance client outcomes.

• Actively participating in ongoing supervision and professional development initiatives to further your clinical skills.

• Serving as a liaison with state agencies, community partners, and other local organizations to create robust support networks for clients.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
