Position Overview

Heal and Revive Physical Therapy Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team in Lakeland, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with injuries, disabilities, and diseases using evidence-based physical therapy techniques and modalities.
• Consult with patients and their caregivers to educate them about conditions, therapeutic processes, and home exercise programs to enhance recovery.
• Design personalized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, setting realistic goals tailored to each patient's capabilities and recovery timelines.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes following regulatory and organizational guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, ensuring a holistic approach to each patient's care.
• Monitor therapy sessions to ensure adherence to the established treatment protocols and modify plans as warranted based on patient response and feedback.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the ongoing advancement of clinical practices and departmental objectives.
• Provide oversight and mentorship to physical therapy assistants, aides, and students, ensuring high standards of patient care are upheld across the department.
• Engage in continuing education and training opportunities to maintain licensing and elevate your clinical expertise.
• Assist with departmental operational tasks, such as supply management and patient scheduling, under the guidance of the management team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including neonates, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric clients. Each patient will present unique challenges that require tailored therapeutic approaches. Your expertise in age-related physical therapy strategies will enable you to deliver effective care regardless of the patient's age or condition, focusing on improving their functional mobility and quality of life.

Qualifications

• A valid physical therapist license in the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is preferred.
• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with patient care, including lifting, standing, and manual dexterity.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a home healthcare environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with patient outcome measurement tools and quality improvement processes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple patients and caseloads efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time physical therapist position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
