Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, developing trusting relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress and discuss treatment plans, upcoming appointments, and discharge process as appropriate.

• Create and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans, monitoring progress and adapting strategies as necessary.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring timely updates and data accuracy.
\n
• Carry out initial intake assessments to evaluate new clients’ needs and the appropriateness of services.
\n
• Conduct weekly individual sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Participate in continuous professional development through individual supervision sessions and team collaborations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role is crucial in helping these individuals navigate their challenges and improve their overall mental health. By helping clients feel valued and understood, you will directly contribute to their healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in mental health or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in your respective state.

• Ability to meet the internal credentialing requirements of relevant clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or those with substance abuse issues.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting assessments, diagnosis, and providing both individual and group therapy.

• Competency in using computer systems for documentation and case management, including familiarity with healthcare software.

Compensation and Benefits\n
