Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a manageable caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics.

• Conducting regular meetings with clients to assess progress, evaluate stability, and facilitate discharge planning when appropriate.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients to ensure their unique needs are met.

• Keeping meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client to track treatment efficacy and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Administering comprehensive intake assessments that provide critical insight into each client's circumstances and mental health history.

• Conducting individual therapy sessions each week, employing various therapeutic modalities based on client needs and preferences.

• Participating in individual supervision and peer consultations to further enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
