Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, fostering positive relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their therapeutic progress, discussing stability, future appointments, and appropriate discharge when necessary.

• Design, implement, and continuously monitor personalized, client-centered treatment plans that deliver measurable outcomes.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment assessments, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and determine appropriate therapeutic pathways.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methods tailored to the client's unique situation and background.

• Engage in regular individual supervision and continuous professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC at Harford Therapeutic & Anxiety Services, you will work with a varied client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. Your expertise in managing psychiatric conditions and supporting substance abuse recovery will be essential to your success in this role. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A valid and current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York.

• Expertise in meeting internal credentialing requirements within diverse clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals with substance use disorders.

• Proven skills in assessment, diagnosis, and the facilitation of both individual and group therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by productivity bonuses and incentives.
