Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while ensuring ethical practices are followed in all therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions to assess client progress and stability, facilitate discussions about upcoming appointments, and plan for discharges when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s specific needs and therapeutic goals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for all clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs and determine the best treatment approach.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, focusing on evidence-based practices and tailored interventions.

• Participate in regular individual supervision sessions to reflect on practice, enhance clinical skills, and receive ongoing support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse groups.

• Experience in conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health issues, and providing both individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
