About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Operations to lead a geographically assigned janitorial operations portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of operational leadership, including service delivery, client satisfaction, financial performance, and people leadership. This role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in senior operations leadership within janitorial, facilities, or service-based environments. The Vice President will be tasked with ensuring the consistent execution of operational standards, safety protocols, and quality expectations, as well as building and maintaining strong executive-level client relationships. Financial acumen is essential, as the role involves owning the P&L performance, managing budgets, and driving financial decisions based on KPIs and operational dashboards.
