Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Protection in Des Moines, IA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and report observations. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.96 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed06:00 AM - 02:00 PMThur06:00 AM - 02:00 PMFri06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a food and beverage production location. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, access points, and exterior grounds to help identify and report unusual conditions. Monitor access to the location, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed. Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
