Stanford University Department of Management Science and Engineering Faculty Opening The Department of Management Science and Engineering at Stanford University invites applications for a tenure track faculty position at the junior level (Assistant or untenured Associate Professor) from individuals working at the frontiers of MS&E. MS&E is a multidisciplinary department with research efforts spanning a broad intellectual spectrum, from analytics and computation to the social and behavioral sciences, united by an interest in engineering solutions to pressing societal problems. Evidence of the ability to pursue a program of research, and a strong commitment to graduate and undergraduate teaching are also required. A successful candidate will be expected to teach courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels and to build and lead a team of graduate students in PhD research. The expected base pay range for this position is: Assistant Professor: $144,100- $163,766 Associate Professor (untenured): $158,510 - $196,803 This base pay range is for a nine-month academic appointment and does not include summer salary.
