Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Client Overview:

Established and growing organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a fast-paced recruiting team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with recruiters and hiring managers while playing a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25/hr - $30/hr

Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support a high-volume recruitment function by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, entering job requisitions, and maintaining applicant tracking system data. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and has strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

• Support a high-volume recruiting process while partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Schedule candidate screenings and interviews across multiple locations.
• Coordinate candidate communications through phone and email.
• Create and monitor job requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Prioritize interview scheduling based on business needs and hiring timelines.
• Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and ATS records.
• Generate recruiting activity reports and track recruitment metrics.
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare interview materials and documentation for hiring managers.

Required Experience/Skills for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

• 2+ years of HR, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

• Experience using LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of management.
• Strong judgment, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
