WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH The two teams this posting will support are our Sport Readiness team and our Supply Chain Style Specialty team. The Sport Readiness team serves as the Marketplace Supply Chain lead for an assigned sport, driving seasonal readiness and execution across Nike's omnichannel marketplace. This team partners closely with Sport GMs, Merchandising, Planning, Brand, Marketing, Transportation, and Marketplace Supply Chain Direct & Partner teams to manage the orderbook, identify and mitigate risks, coordinate launch activities, and ensure products are delivered to the marketplace on time. The Supply Chain Style Specialty team supports a variety of Nike Marketplace Partner accounts, owning order book health, delivery performance, and day‑to‑day supply chain operations. This position partners closely with logistics, transportation, distribution, sales, and external account teams to optimize order flow, improve on‑time delivery, and achieve seasonal and financial objectives. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Supply Chain Specialist II will be the Marketplace Supply Chain business owner focusing on managing a healthy orderbook and driving optimal delivery performance. They will manage day‑to‑day supply chain operations and work closely with our Transportation and Distribution Center teams. They will deliver seasonal plans and meet financial objectives, collaborating with and influencing cross‑functional supply chain and commercial teams both internally and externally to optimize our order book. Critical Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Communications, Supply Chain, Operations or related field (or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training) 2+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, process improvement or strategic communication Proactive individual with knowledge and experience in supply chain, supporting our quest to always be on the offense Strong written and verbal communication Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and proactiveness Ability to analyze, influence and tell stories with data Experience with SAP, Excel, Tableau Ability to challenge the status quo and curate short‑ and long‑term supply chain strategies to support continuous improvements WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON You will be an account owner for one of Nike Marketplace Partners accounts or a Sport owner within Nike's Sport Offense. You will work in a fast‑paced, matrixed, and at times ambiguous environment where being proactive is key. You will lead with a consumer‑first mindset to deliver market‑competitive speed across all orders. Peer mentoring and training is also expected in this role.
