We are seeking Logistics Operations Coordinators for our client in Cedar Rapids. This client is open 24/7. Schedules they are looking to fill are 4 10 days. In this role, you will be working with drivers and their deliveries. Resolve issues as they arise. Bilingual is a plus. Pay is at $22/ hour. Schedule is Friday - Monday. 

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor daily transportation and logistics activities

Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and proactively address delays

Identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues within the supply chain

Serve as a liaison between customers, carriers, and internal teams

Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation

Communicate updates and provide excellent customer service regarding shipment status

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency

Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations

Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or ERP platforms

Prior experience in a customer-facing or operations role

Knowledge of shipping regulations and carrier processes

Able to work Sunday - Wednesday 7a-9p
