Responsibilities

Conduct outreach and engage with external prospects using the tools provided.

• Conduct phone screens with prospective candidates.

• Document activity in the tools provided.

• Work with full lifecycle recruiters to schedule interviews

• Submittals/Interviews/Offers/Hires - we are very metrics driven and track everything.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with recruiting, including sourcing and assessing high demand candidates

• 2+ years of experience recruiting with IT

• Experience with applicant tracking systems
