Corporate Paralegal

Opportunity Xceedance is hiring a Paralegal to support the Senior Legal Corporate Counsel in delivering high-quality legal services across the organization’s US operations. This role is a key member of the in-house legal function, providing day-to-day support on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters to help manage legal risk and enable business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, business-minded paralegal who wants to work closely with senior in-house counsel, gain broad exposure to corporate and commercial legal issues, and contribute directly to the organization’s growth and risk management within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You’ll Be Doing Maintain legal files, contract repositories, and corporate records. Manage contract execution processes, including coordinating signatures and following up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion. Track legal matters, deadlines, contract renewals, and compliance obligations. Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts and legal documents. Conduct legal research and prepare summaries for attorneys. Coordinate with internal business teams and outside counsel. Support legal operations and special projects as needed. Knowledge of employment law matters is a plus but not required. What You Bring Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate. 3+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills are important. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal management systems.
