Position Summary The Ice Cream Server is responsible for the preparation of ice cream cones, milkshakes, and sundaes with accuracy. The ice cream server is also responsible for keeping a clean work environment and providing excellent customer service to our guests. Your Role Scoop ice cream, and create sundaes and milkshakes with accuracy and consistency. Follow all food safety guidelines. Restocking inventory. Responsible for the accuracy of the cash register and POS system. Ensuring the ice cream facility remains clean and orderly, including maintaining a tidy workstation, guest seating areas, and cleaning restrooms. Maintains reasonable, regular, punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards. Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs. Your Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Maintain a guest focus while performing duties. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate a strong work ethic. Maintain a positive attitude and professional approach with coworkers and guests. Must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays. Desirable requirements Food service experience preferred. Must be 16 years old. Leadership skills. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Have a good attitude and participate as a member of the team. Able to work a weekend, night, and holiday schedule.
