We hire the best and the brightest from across the country – constructing a team of experts in architecture, design, engineering, project management, and business services.A Day in the LifeReceiving, verifying, and processing overhead invoices from vendors and suppliers throughout the monthReconciling accounts payable records with the general ledger to ensure accuracy while identifying and resolving any discrepanciesWork with vendors and industry partners to resolve billing discrepancies, assist with compliance, and provide payment status inquiriesReviewing and processing employee expense reports, ensuring they comply with company policies and are properly documented.Work on a variety of miscellaneous issues delegated by Accounting teamDevelop and maintain positive relations with the Accounting team and Project ManagersProcessing weekly payment runsNecessary QualificationsHigh School Diploma required0-2 years of accounting experienceMust possess effective communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
