Business Development (Sales) - Commercial Landscape Maintenance

Sales Reps/Business DevelopersSales Reps/Business Developers (BDs) are crucial members of the Granite Hills branch team. They are pivotal in connecting Granite Hills Group with prospective clients from property and apartment managers to real estate developers and general contractors. Business developers are expected to understand client needs and build lasting relationships. In some roles, BDs are expected to leverage their analytical skills to conduct landscape take-offs and provide accurate, professional estimates, ensuring the success of our company's growth strategy. BD responsibilities include but are not limited to:Develop a Sales Plan with your GM and VP of Sales, to be reviewed regularlyCreate opportunities by identifying client objectives and needs and developing customer-centric solutions.Attend staff meetings regularly to keep GM & Operations team updated on the current sales pipeline and high probability jobsDevelop and maintain a customer database of key information on target clients within existing CRM systemDrive sales process from initial contact through strategy, proposal, presentation & successful conclusion of new business opportunitiesFollow up with prospects at agreed upon intervalsMeet or exceed established new sales budgetsAttend networking and marketing functions on a regular basis (sometimes after hours)Conduct market research and maintain sources for economic and market information specific to the regionUtilize Aspire, PlanHub, PlanSwift (and other like programs) for site takeoffs and bid estimationsManage estimating workflow to ensure timely, complete proposalsReview RFP's, plans, and specs to identify scope and production methods.Why Apply For The Position:Earn a competitive base pay from day one and commission.Career advancement opportunities for people with strong work ethic, great attitude and aptitude401K with 4% automatically vested company matchGenerous paid time off (PTO)Paid holidays.Medical, dental, vision and life insurance options availableEqual Opportunity Statement:Granite Hills Group provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment.
