HR Coordinator
We're looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team in Warsaw, IN and provide essential administrative support to our Human Resources department. This role is perfect for someone with some experience or an interest in HR, eager to grow in a manufacturing environment. No degree required, but education in HR or a related field is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Assist with employee applications, onboarding, and new hire paperwork Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates Maintain employee records and HR documentation Assist with employee engagement activities and communications Provide general HR administrative support What We're Looking For: Some HR or administrative experience is preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable with paperwork and data entry Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information A team player with a willingness to learn This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR while supporting a growing team.
