Responsibilities Lead and oversee a full scratch kitchen as an Executive Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Executive Sous Chef. Craft seasonally curated and guest-focused menus. Manage fixed food, labor, and product costs to maintain financial targets. Lead a kitchen to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner. Develop relationships with staff, guests, and residents to deliver exceptional food experiences. Promote service excellence and foster a collaborative, forward-focused culinary environment. Qualifications Experience leading a “Full Scratch Kitchen” as an Executive Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Executive Sous Chef. Experience crafting seasonally curated and guest-focused menus. Ability to manage fixed food, labor, and product costs. Ability to develop relationships with staff, guests, and residents. Passion for service to others and creating exceptional food experiences. Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests. For health and safety, vaccination may be required, and participation in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.
