As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will help lead our Front Office team while ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and operational excellence .

Your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming experience for every guest
• Lead, support, and motivate Guest Service Representatives throughout their shifts
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to Front Office team members
• Assign daily duties and monitor team performance to ensure compliance with IHG brand standards, hotel policies, and operating procedures
• Welcome guests and efficiently complete check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle guest questions, requests, and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and effective problem-solving
• Assist with resolving guest issues and help turn challenging situations into positive experiences
• Accurately manage guest accounts, including posting charges and processing cash and credit card transactions
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Support Management with the daily operation of the Front Desk
• Help maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
• Maintain flexibility to work morning, evening, or overnight shifts , including weekends and holidays

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Previous customer service experience , preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, outgoing personality and a genuine passion for helping people
• The ability to lead by example and motivate others
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle transactions accurately
• The ability to remain professional and calm in a fast-paced environment
• A flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends and holidays
• The ability to stand and remain active for extended periods of time
