Job Description Advise on US project financings for energy and infrastructure projects. Handle holdco financings involving energy and infrastructure assets. Work on US tax equity financings for energy and energy transition projects. Support construction-to-back-leverage financings and related deal structures. Negotiate credit agreements, collateral documents, and other core financing documentation. Collaborate with highly skilled attorneys across offices and disciplines on sophisticated domestic and cross-border matters. Manage key deal responsibilities while building trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. 3+ years of directly relevant project finance experience strongly preferred. Substantial experience negotiating credit agreements and collateral documents for energy and infrastructure projects. Experience with tax equity, tax credit, or related financing structures is a plus. Admission to the New York bar is required. Strong academic credentials, drafting skills, and attention to detail.
