Business Development & Marketing Representative

Job Summary
HireFrontier is hiring a Business Development & Marketing Representative to expand client partnerships and grow our presence in staffing and recruitment through new business generation and strategic marketing support.
Responsibilities
● Build and execute sales and business development plans
● Prospect and engage clients through outreach, networking, and referrals
● Build strong relationships with employers and decision-makers
● Present HireFrontier's solutions and tailor offerings to client needs
● Work with recruiters and account managers for smooth onboarding and placements
● Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and lead generation
● Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
● Maintain accurate CRM records
● Prepare sales reports and forecasts
● Deliver responsive, ongoing account support
Qualifications
● Experience in sales, business development, account management, or marketing
● Staffing/HR/professional services background a plus
● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
● Proven ability to meet sales goals
● CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
● Strong organization and multitasking
● Analytical, results-driven mindset
● Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred but not required
