Senior On-Site Service Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to support with mailroom and office services.

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46204

Pay: $17.02/hr

Driving: No
Dress Code: Business Casual (Polo/Khakis)

Responsibilities:

Process and sort incoming mail.

Open, prepare, and scan letters/documents.

Operate scanners, mail meters, copiers, and related equipment.

Distribute mail and office materials.

Maintain records and inventory.

Perform basic filing, copying, and document processing.

Use MS Office applications such as Word and Excel.

Provide professional customer service and support.

Requirements:

High school diploma/GED.
Mailroom experience preferred but not required.
Basic MS Office knowledge.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift mail tubs/materials up to 50–55 lbs.
