Whats A Typical Day As A Production Operator? Youll Be:
- Aligning, calibrating, and executing test methods of varied complexity according to operational plans and customer demand.
- Following established operation procedures, work instructions, and maintaining accurate training records.
- Executing the daily production plan, ensuring on-time completion of work orders and adherence to quality standards.
- Training to SOPs, following engineering drawings, and complying with FDA, GMP, and ISO regulations.
- Troubleshooting issues as they arise, escalating when necessary, and recommending quality improvements.
- Cooperating with cross-functional teams to maintain a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Maintaining a safe, clean working environment and training new team members as needed.
