Senior Financial Analyst - Corporate Accounting & Consolidations | Hybrid | Torrance, CA I'm partnering with a large global consumer products company to hire a Senior Financial Analyst - Corporate Accounting & Consolidations. This is a high-visibility opportunity with a collaborative accounting team supporting global operations, financial reporting, and corporate consolidations. Location: Torrance, CA Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Compensation: $98,000-$108,000 base salary + 8% bonus Employment Type: Direct Hire About the Role This position is part of a five-person Corporate Accounting & Consolidations team and offers exposure to executive leadership, SEC reporting, and global accounting operations. The role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys analytical work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow within a large international organization. Qualifications 3+ years of public accounting or corporate accounting experience Experience within a large company environment, ideally $500M+ in revenue or a global organization Strong operational accounting knowledge Experience with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close Consolidations experience preferred Advanced account reconciliation and variance analysis skills ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, or similar) CPA is a plus Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Responsibilities Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Assist with global financial consolidations Prepare and review complex account reconciliations Perform variance analysis and financial reporting Partner with the SEC reporting team on 10-Q and 10-K filings Collaborate with accounting and finance teams across multiple business units and international locations Support process improvement initiatives and special projects Ensure accuracy and compliance within a high-volume accounting environment All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
