Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or closely related field, or equivalent work experience. 2+ years recruiting experience, including sourcing and interviewing Knowledge of federal and state employment laws. Excellent computer skills to include MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with automated applicant-tracking systems and Internet-based sourcing tools.
