Visual Inspector

Perform visual inspections of products and components for defects, inconsistencies, or damage. Verify product quality against established standards and specifications. Identify and document defects or discrepancies. Maintain production and inspection records as required. Ensure accurate labeling, packaging, and staging of inspected materials. Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. Work closely with production and quality teams to maintain throughput.

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in manufacturing, inspection, or warehouse settings preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Basic computer or data entry skills are beneficial.

Work Environment

Work in a steel manufacturing environment where sitting is common for the majority of the day. Closed-toe shoes are required, and safety glasses and ear plugs are provided when necessary. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 5am to 3pm and Friday from 5am to 1pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moscow, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.60 - $15.60/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
