What You'll Do
Process high-volume invoices with accuracy and efficiency
Perform invoice coding and 2-way/3-way matching
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Research and respond to vendor inquiries
Ensure timely and accurate payment processing
Assist with month-end close activities and account reconciliations
Maintain organized records and support audit requests
Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and workflows
What We're Looking For
✔ 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
✔ Strong understanding of AP processes and accounting principles
✔ Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
✔ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
✔ Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Pay Details: $25.00 to $37.00 per hour
