Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a highly experienced, passionate, and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join and build out our dynamic team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the company's talent, a responsibility that directly impacts our success. You will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, interviewing, talent management, talent acquisition, performance management, and onboarding. You will also handle the HRIS system, Ultipro, to maintain employee data and generate reports. This is a permanent position, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and culture. Responsibilities Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers to attract and retain top talent. Manage talent acquisition strategies to ensure the organization has the required personnel to meet its business objectives. Implement and manage performance management programs to ensure they align with the company's goals and objectives. Utilize Ultipro HRIS for managing and maintaining employee records, and generating reports for management. Develop and execute effective onboarding programs to help new hires quickly acclimate and become productive members of the team. Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and advice to management on how to handle complex employee situations. Ensure the company's HR policies and procedures comply with federal, state, and local regulations, and update them as necessary. Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to develop and implement HR strategies that meet business needs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience. Proven experience with interviewing, talent management, talent acquisition, performance management, HRIS, and onboarding. Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. High level of integrity and professionalism with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
