Key Qualifications We are seeking a dedicated HR Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of our HR information systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective utilization of HR technology solutions to support our HR processes and initiatives. Assist in the implementation and ongoing management of HR information systems, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and performance management systems Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and assist in designing system configurations Support global payroll processes and ensure data accuracy within the HR systems Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and implement data governance protocols Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users Ensure timely communication of HR programs within the organization Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR technology solutions Assist in managing vendor relationships and coordinating system upgrades or enhancements Support system integrations with other business applications Assist in developing and delivering training programs to educate employees on how to effectively use HR systems Administer global benefits programs and ensure compliance with local regulations Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze the results to provide actionable insights Key Requirements 1-3 years of experience supporting HRIS platforms (Workday, Jobvite, Deel) and related technologies Basic understanding of APIs for system integrations Familiarity with IT infrastructure components and concepts Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies Familiarity with various operating systems Basic understanding of computer networking principles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Serverfarm is committed to providing an equal opportunity workplace and offers paid time off, paid holidays, 401k and FULL coverage medical, dental and vision.
