Compensation & Benefits

Total Earning Potential: $68,000-$85,000+ per year


Compensation includes:

• Starting base pay of $26.00 per hour
• Average tips of $10-$15 per hour
• Bi-weekly performance bonus opportunities
• Established clientele from day one

What You'll Do


As Salon Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the overall success of the store by:

• Recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing team
• Coaching stylists to maximize performance, confidence, and earnings
• Creating a positive, energetic, and accountable salon culture
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences and consistent brand execution
• Managing daily operations and key performance metrics
• Driving business growth through team development and outstanding service
• Leading by example behind the chair and on the salon floor
• Building strong relationships with clients and creating a championship haircut experience

Qualifications

• Current Montana Cosmetology or Barber License
• Previous salon management, assistant manager, or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate, coach, and inspire a team
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
• Passion for the beauty industry and professional growth
