Build relationships with distributors and end‑users to drive product adoption and loyalty. Develop and implement sales plans that align with market trends and company goals. Use data and market insights to refine your approach and maximize revenue opportunities. Partner with distributors to develop product promotion strategies. Train and educate trade school trainers on proper use of products. Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree is required 2‑5+ years of experience in sales (inside sales, outside sales, field sales, etc.) within the tools, construction, or related industry Knowledge of the tools market, key players, and what drives purchasing decisions A demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving growth Ability to develop a sales strategy and pivot when necessary to achieve results Highly autonomous with a strong entrepreneurial drive to build and manage territory Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation), negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. The expected annual salary for this position is between $76,303.00 and $102,627.00 (plus quarterly incentive bonuses and a provided vehicle with gas and insurance reimbursements). This range represents a good faith estimate for the position and actual compensation will be based on numerous factors including knowledge, location, skills, training and experience.
