The Account Coordinator serves as a vital bridge between our Account Managers, clients, and internal teams, combining hands-on marketing support with client relationship management. This role is perfect for an ambitious, detail-oriented professional with 0-2 years of experience who is eager to develop both their digital marketing expertise and client management skills while supporting our team in delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities: Client Communication: Support Account Managers through client meetings, follow-up emails, status updates, and monthly reporting. Marketing Campaign Execution: Assist with campaign setup, optimization, and tracking across SEO, paid search, social media, email, and SMS channels. Content & Research: Develop content for websites and campaigns while conducting competitor analysis, keyword research, and market trend identification. Campaign Management and Coordination: Use project management tools to track deliverables, manage timelines, and coordinate between internal teams and clients. Technical Support: Handle website updates, WordPress maintenance, campaign tracking setup, basic design tasks, and platform troubleshooting. Analytics & Reporting: Collect and analyze performance data across all marketing channels to support client reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 0-2 years of relevant marketing or client service experience (internships and coursework count) Strong written and verbal communication skills with client-facing potential Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Genuine curiosity about client businesses and marketing strategy Experience with project management tools like Teamwork, Asana, Monday, or Trello Remote work environment with regular in-person meetings.
