Business Development Representative

Our client, a growing SaaS organization, is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join its sales team in Lehi, Utah. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to play a key role in generating new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective customers, and supporting the broader sales organization in driving revenue growth. What You'll Be Doing: Research and identify prospective customers to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. Conduct outbound outreach through phone and email to introduce the company's solutions and generate interest. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, challenges, and potential fit. Qualify prospective customers and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers throughout the early stages of the sales process. Partner closely with the Sales Manager to execute effective prospecting and outreach strategies. Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, activities, and opportunities within Salesforce. Continuously refine outreach techniques and leverage feedback to improve conversion and sales performance. What You'll Need to Be Successful: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently engage prospective customers. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented sales environment. Demonstrated self-motivation, resilience, and a proactive approach to generating new opportunities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Tech-savvy with experience using Salesforce, Outlook, or similar sales technology. A team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and develop professionally. Ability to handle rejection, maintain a positive attitude, and consistently pursue results.
