Key Responsibilities
As the Accounting Manager, you will:
- Lead revenue recognition activities in accordance with ASC 606
- Own the P&L and balance sheet for assigned business units
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and process improvements
- Partner with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff while supporting future team growth
Qualifications
Ideal candidates for this Accounting Manager role will have:
- 68+ years of accounting or finance experience
- Strong revenue recognition experience required
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Experience supporting sales-driven, operational, or manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
