Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized psychotherapy sessions, working with clients to navigate their specific challenges related to trauma, mood disorders, family dynamics, and other mental health issues.

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to identify the holistic needs of clients, followed by creating tailored treatment plans that reflect their goals.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications\n

• Active LCSW license in the state of Arizona; LMSWs will not be considered for this role.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient setting, demonstrating your capacity for effective individual or group therapy.

• Strong ethical standards and clinical judgment that guide your practice and enhance client trust.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
