We cover all travel expenses for qualifying roles, so all you need to bring is your talent and a great attitude.Job Summary:The Pastry Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality desserts, pastries, breads, and baked goods in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards. This role supports the culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests in a high-volume, upscale resort environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and produce a variety of pastries, desserts, breads, and baked goodsFollow standardized recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelinesEnsure all food items are prepared in a timely and consistent mannerMaintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen and workstationsAssist with buffet setups, banquets, and special events as neededMonitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the Pastry ChefFollow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standardsWork collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operationsQualifications:Previous experience as a Pastry Cook or in a similar culinary role preferredKnowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and dessert platingAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environmentStrong attention to detail and creativity in presentationTeam-oriented with good communication skillsAbility to stand for long periods and lift moderate weightsWhy Join Us?We pay for your travelWork in unique locations across the U.S.Gain diverse experience and expand your networkBe part of a supportive, high-energy team that's as passionate as you areIf you're ready to elevate your career while exploring new places, we want to hear from you.I understand that Bridge Point may conduct background checks and/or obtain consumer and investigative reports in connection with my application or employment, as permitted by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state laws.
