Who you are:

10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership across accounting and FP&A
Background in manufacturing or operationally complex environments
Proven ability to build, improve, and scale financial processes and controls
Hands-on, adaptable leader with a strong business partnering mindset

What you'll do:

Own the full finance function, including accounting, FP&A, and cash management
Lead financial reporting, close processes, and compliance activities
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the business
Partner with executive leadership on strategy, planning, and operational decisions

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $220,000-$250,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
