Executive Assistant to Founder

Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage complex and ever-changing calendars across multiple time zones. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, materials preparation, and meeting logistics. Serve as a liaison between executives, investors, clients, and internal teams. Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion. Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative initiatives as needed. Travel & Logistics Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car services, dining reservations, and itineraries. Prepare comprehensive, hour-by-hour travel itineraries and contingency plans. Track and reconcile expenses and ensure timely submission of reports. Office & Team Support Assist with planning team events, offsites, and firmwide meetings. Support visiting executives and collaborate closely with office operations. Help maintain a seamless and professional office experience for internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior executives within finance, private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, or similar professional services environments. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to manage competing priorities and remain composed under pressure. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment. Professional, resourceful, and highly adaptable with a service-oriented mindset.
