Actuarial Analyst

Actuarial Support Specialist – Corporate Actuarial Team Location: Plymouth, MN or Boston, MA (hybrid schedule). Role: Provide quantitative support to the actuarial function through data gathering, analysis, and presentation across various databases. Responsibilities Provides strong quantitative support in product development, financial analysis, management reporting, actuarial research, and applying statistical concepts. Adept in computer technology, software tools and working with large data sets; runs, maintains, and enhances existing processes. Collects, captures, and organizes data and other information from existing sources. Manages, maintains, and analyzes data for accuracy; identifies and corrects data issues. Generates reports and ad hoc exhibits as needed. Requirements / Expertise Bachelor’s degree required. General insurance knowledge is desirable. 2‑5 years of related experience in data collection and data analysis is essential. Position is not pursuing an actuarial designation, but an incumbent may have a few exams. Compensation Base salary range $74,000 – $106,000, based on location, role experience, and skillset. For candidates located in San Francisco, CA; Washington DC; Massachusetts-based offices; and the New York City metro area, the base salary range is $94,000 – $110,000.
