iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced Assembler Operator in our Cypress, CA location. Our production environment is fast-paced, with a collaborative atmosphere. Most of all, we are passionate about delivering innovations that improve the quality of health care and the patient experience. We are looking for like-minded individuals to join our team today!

Specific job responsibilities include:

• Follow HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards
• Follow all Work Instructions, SOP's and safety requirements
• Comply with iRhythm's Core Values, policy, procedures, and quality standards, and safety and environmental regulations

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• High attention to detail
• Identify Continuous Improvement Opportunities
• Ability to work towards a high quality standard
• Communicate material and equipment issues to Line Lead
• Perform routine minor maintenance
• Familiar with or ability to learn proper Electrostatic Discharge Sensitive (ESD) handling processes and procedures
• Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace
• 0-25% Completion of Production Training Matrix Proficiency

Experience:

• Minimum 0 -2 years related experience in a medical device, manufacturing or ISO registered

Physical Demands:

• Sitting, standing, or walking for prolonged periods.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and/or transferring equipment and materials of up to 20 lbs; considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
• High level of repetitive motion at moderate to fast pace of upper torso, hands, arms and wrists; whole body posture required to move materials and finished good products
