SkillsetGroup is seeking a Hand Assembly Lead to work in the Irvine, CA area. The Hand Assembly Lead will be responsible for leading a small team while assisting with the assembly, packaging, quality inspection, and fulfillment of medical products in a clean, fast-paced healthcare logistics environment. The ideal candidate will have previous assembly, warehouse, fulfillment, or production experience with prior leadership or team lead experience. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity.

Job Title: Hand Assembly Lead

Pay: $19.00/hour

Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of approximately 4-5 assembly associates.
Perform hands-on assembly, packaging, and kitting of medical products.
Ensure work instructions and quality standards are followed.
Perform quality inspections and verify product accuracy.
Apply labels, barcode scan products, and prepare orders for shipment.
Assist with training and supporting team members.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Help prioritize work and adapt to changing production schedules.

Requirements

Previous assembly, warehouse, packaging, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience.
Prior lead, trainer, or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
Comfortable using barcode scanners and basic computer systems.
Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
