You will play a key role in converting online leads into showroom traffic by responding with urgency and maintaining consistent, high-quality follow-up. The ideal candidate is passionate about the automotive industry, skilled in lead follow-up, and excels at customer engagement. Responsibilities Promptly follow up on internet leads to convert potential customers. Maximize lead engagement to increase customer visits to the dealership. Maintain a high sense of urgency in all communications and follow-up activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through effective communication. Coordinate with sales and other departments to ensure smooth customer transitions. Requirements Proven experience in business development, internet sales, or digital marketing, preferably in the automotive industry. Proficient with internet lead software and CRM systems. Goal-oriented with a drive for achieving sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with a strong sense of urgency.
