About the Role:

P & M LLC is looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Amityville, NY! This is a hands-on opportunity to work on exciting fabrication projects where your craftsmanship and attention to detail will make a real impact. Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on a variety of metal components and structures
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to execute fabrication projects
• Cut, grind, and shape metal materials using hand tools and power equipment
• Fabricate and assemble metal parts, frames, and structures to specification
• Inspect completed welds and fabrications for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator in a shop or industrial setting
• Proficiency in TIG welding techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience with metal fabrication tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Knowledge of welding safety practices and procedures
• Welding certification (AWS or equivalent) is a plus but not required
