Product Operations Analyst

To drive product insights and enhance customer experiences, the full-time remote Product Operations Analyst will build and maintain the authoritative record of customer usage data, define measurement requirements, and integrate data across business systems. Key responsibilities: Define and implement what usage events to measure and how to capture them in real time Ensure accuracy and completeness of usage data, aggregating it from individual users to organizational levels Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to extend data capabilities as new features are launched Required qualifications: 3+ years in product operations, technical product management, or data/analytics product management in a SaaS environment Technical fluency to define instrumentation, write requirements, and validate data capture Working knowledge of SQL and BI tools for data validation and collaboration with data teams Ability to translate ambiguous questions into measurable metrics with appropriate detail Experience in building systems from definition to implementation, including documentation skills
