Position Overview

• Work closely with radiologists and referring physicians, ensuring the production of high-quality diagnostic images
• Manage and maintain imaging equipment, promptly reporting any technical issues
• Keep accurate records of procedures and maintain comprehensive patient files within the electronic medical record system
• Engage in continuous education to stay abreast of advancements in ultrasound techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Current ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) certification or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is advantageous
