What You'll Do

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for growing revenue and building lasting partnerships by:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship-building.
• Managing and expanding existing accounts while uncovering additional opportunities.
• Meeting with business leaders to understand their needs and recommend customized solutions.
• Presenting and selling a wide range of services, including:
  • Commercial Printing
  • Packaging Solutions
  • Promotional Products
  • Branded Merchandise
  • Direct Mail Campaigns
  • Fulfillment Services
• Preparing proposals and pricing solutions.
• Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and CRM activity.
• Partnering with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What We're Looking ForRequired

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and work independently.
