Client Relations & Business Development Specialist

Client Relations & Business Development Specialist Black, Mann & Graham, L.L.P., founded in 2000, is an industry leader in attorney review of Texas loan documents, regulatory compliance, and loan fulfillment services. The firm serves hundreds of residential mortgage lenders across Flower Mound, Dallas, and Houston, and has been recognized as a Best Place to Work in Dallas‑Fort Worth for five consecutive years. Position The Firm seeks a Business Development & Client Relations Specialist to expand our client base, strengthen existing relationships, and support the firm’s strategic growth. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, maintaining and expanding relationships. Seek out new business opportunities within the mortgage industry. Coordinate meetings at industry events with existing and prospective clients. Attend industry events and represent the firm at conferences. Track client interactions and sales efforts using Salesforce, and provide regular reports. Regular travel is required; travel expenses are reimbursed by the firm. Requirements Experience: Sales, business development, or a related field; prior mortgage‑related experience is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Salesforce, loan origination software, and document preparation systems is a plus. Attention to Detail: Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional, client‑focused demeanor. Operations & Compliance Knowledge: In‑depth knowledge of mortgage lending operations, regulations, and compliance standards is highly preferred.
