State Licensed Senior Client Manager

Serving as the primary service contact for a book of select commercial clients, the full-time remote State Licensed Senior Client Manager will focus on client satisfaction, strategic planning, and providing excellent customer service while managing risk evaluations, quotes, and account details. Key responsibilities Evaluates exposures, obtains and negotiates quotes, and prepares recommendations for client strategy meetings Maintains accurate account details in EPIC, processes renewals and endorsements, and ensures compliance with binding documents Develops and implements strategies to meet client needs and stays informed on industry trends and coverage requirements Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license Proficient in agency management systems (EPIC) and Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel Strong understanding of guaranteed cost program design and insurance coverage forms High School Diploma or equivalent experience
