We are Opening a New Store in Hutchison, Kansas.

At Take 5, we do things differently. Our stay-in-your-car, hassle-free oil change experience puts convenience and customer service first—and that starts with strong leadership in every shop.

We’re looking for a Store Manager – Automotive Service who’s ready to lead a team, drive results, and create an outstanding customer experience every day. If you enjoy working with people, building teams, and taking ownership of a business, this is your opportunity to step into a rewarding leadership role.

Salary range: $50,000–$60,000/year , based on experience and potential

Shops close at 7:00 PM , so your evenings are free

What We’re Looking For

Education

Associate’s degree required
Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience

At least 2 years of management experience in a retail or service environment
Experience overseeing daily operations such as scheduling, payroll, inventory, and cash handling
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams)

Skills & Traits

Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
Customer-first attitude with a focus on service excellence
Sales-driven with the ability to identify opportunities
Financial understanding of business performance
Positive, responsible, and dependable
